The "optimal weight & serenity" program is based on the "TGV" method developed by nutritionist doctor, Dr Jacques Fricker, but with a certain degree of flexibility. Throughout the duration of your stay, you'll be monitored by our dietician and team of coaches trained by Dr Fricker, to help you get rid of those extra pounds you need to lose to achieve your optimal weight. A light diet, combined with yoga, gentle exercise, outdoor sports, and treatments that promote relaxation, will leave you feeling lighter and better in your body.
