THE METHOD

Throughout the year, Lily of the Valley applies its method, based around three key pillars: treatments, sport, and weight loss cuisine – which can be combined with weight loss.

Through dedicated fitness and nutritional support, the Sport program enables you to go further and push your limits. It includes an assessment of your physical condition using Kinvent technology to analyze your strength and general mobility, as well as bioimpedance analysis, so we can offer you a customized program. Our coaches will provide support during numerous high-intensity fitness sessions, while our expert therapists will provide daily treatments that promote muscle recovery and ensure your muscles are fully prepared for exercise. The full-board program allows you to discover our weight loss cuisine, with healthy yet luxurious meals that will help you to gain muscle mass and (if you wish) lose fat.
